Villas Topaz is professionally managed by what we
think is the finest property management company on Cozumel. They keep our vacation home
impeccably clean and the entire property, including the pools and garden
beautifully maintained in excellent
condition year round.
Maid service for guests is daily except for Sundays
and major Mexican holidays. A representative from guest services will meet you at the airport and assist you with
transportation to Villas Topaz on the airport vans. They will then
meet you a the villa for an orientation and they are on call for emergencies 24
hours a day.

During certain time periods,
for multiple week rentals, last minute and "Early Bird"
reservations,
there are from time to time discounts ranging from 10-20%.

BEDDING FLEXIBILITY: The standard arrangement is 4 king size beds and
they have special cushioning for comfort. One king size bed
upstairs and one downstairs can each be changed to 2 twin beds by request. If
requested the futon the the downstairs bedroom can be made into a double bed and
there are 2 comfortable single size fold-away beds with sturdy steel frames
and thick foam mattresses. Maximum of 11 guests.
SMALLER GROUPS: For groups of
2-5 guests either the upstairs (Casa
Tomas) or the downstairs (Casa
Topaz) can be reserved separately.
LOCATION: In a quiet residential area less than 500 yards from the Mexican
Caribbean and less than a mile from a public beach. Convenient to restaurants, shopping movie theatres and a large
grocery store with liquor, a pharmacy, bakery and an ATM machine. A few blocks
from the Punta Langosta Shopping Plaza and only 3/4 mile from the main square downtown. Check the exact location on the Cozumel
street map.
