Looking through the wrought iron front gate there's a trellis covered with bougainvilleas, but much of the beautiful garden area is hidden from view behind the privacy walls. After you enter the gates you'll see not only the main pool, but the slightly raised second pool with a small rock fountain and built in bench. There is a covered patio with a ceiling fan just off the living area and a larger patio with a palapa roof, ceiling fan and hammocks in the garden. |

Enjoy breakfast on a small covered patio just outside the front door or on the palapa covered patio in the garden. Take a siesta in one of the hammocks under the palapa...there are 4 of them. Relax around the pool in one of the cushioned lounge chairs or Adirondack chairs, and you can fire up the gas BBQ grill if you don't want to cook inside. If you don't want to cook at all there are a number of restaurants within an easy walk or ask the management company about scheduling a private cook for a special dinner. |

| There's a large tropical shade tree, a natural rock fountain that pours into the raised level of the pool, an outdoor shower, two separate secure drying areas for scuba or snorkeling equipment, and off-street secure parking for up to 2 vehicles. | ||

Casa Topaz is less than 500 yards from the ocean and a small public beach is within walking distance, about 3/4 of a mile to the south. Casa Topaz is will accommodate up to 5 guests and together with Casa Tomás (upstairs) is can be rented as a 4 bedroom 4 bath private villa we call Villas Topaz for 6-10 guests.
