Casa Topaz is a custom-built Cozumel vacation rental with 2 master bedrooms. It's  less than 500 yards from the ocean and within walking distance of a public beach, shopping, a number of restaurants and the main square. The grounds have a two- level, fresh water swimming pool with a small rock fountain, there is a tropical shade tree, garden, two patios, hammocks, lounge chairs, gas BBQ grill and sink, outdoor shower, dive rinse tank, secure drying areas for scuba or snorkeling gear and off street parking.  It's all enclosed by a privacy fence. But that's just the beginning. The extras that spoil our guests and make this so popular include wireless internet service, a very well equipped kitchen, pool and beach toys, loads of DVD movies a reading library plus our guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer on site for their personal laundry once the maid is finished for the day.

Casa Topaz features:
  • 2 master bedrooms, each with it's own private bathroom.
  • Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the building for privacy
  • There are 2 king sizes beds but one can be converted to 2 twins by request
  • Double size futon in one bedroom plus a single size fold-away bed with a steel frame and 8 inch foam mattress  by request.
  • 2 bathrooms and each shower has a security "grab bar"                 
  • Color TV with cable service, DVD player, CD player/radio. 
  • A collection of  DVD movies, music CDs and a reading library
  • Telephone for local 7 digit calls 
  • Free wireless internet service              
  • For free long distance to the U.S. and Canda, bring you laptop and we can provice you with a magicJack unit that connects to your laptop's USB port. Please request in advance.
  • The king size beds have memory foam toppers for extra comfort
  • Small safe for valuables 
  • Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, blender, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, spice rack plus all dishes and glasses...even margarita and wine glasses
  • Cookware and cooking utensils. 
  • Purified water for drinking and cooking is provided
  • Linens, towels, beach towels and extra pillows
  • Ice chest and beach umbrella plus pool and beach toys
  • Hair dryers, iron, ironing board and fold-away drying rack
  • Washer and dryer for guest to do their personal laundry when the maid is gone for the day.
  • Maid service 6 days a week (not Sunday or major Mexican holidays)

 The grounds are surrounded by a privacy fence, are shared with Casa Tomas (upstairs) and have:

  • A two-level, fresh water swimming pool with a small rock fountain
  • A patio just outside the double front doors with a table and chairs
  • A large palapa covered patio with table, chairs and 4 double size hammocks
  • Tropical garden with flowers and trees
  • Gas BBQ grill with a sink and food preparation area
  • Dive rinse tank and secure area for drying scuba or snorkeling equipment
  • Outdoor fresh water shower
  • Cushioned lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs
  • Off street parking inside the gates

    

THE BEDDING IS FLEXIBLE
The standard set up is 2 king size beds, each with memory foam toppers for extra comfort.  By request, one king size bed can be changed to 2 twin beds, the futon sofa can be made into a double bed and we can provide a comfortable, single size fold-away bed with a sturdy steel frame and thick foam mattress. 

LOCATION
In a quiet residential area less than 500 yards from the Mexican Caribbean, approximately 3/4 mile (south) to a public beach and 3/4 mile (north) to the downtown main square. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, a large grocery store, the Punta Langosta Plaza and the main square downtown. Check the exact location on the Cozumel street map.

We can accept reservations for guests ages 25 or older or families with children at least 6 years old.  
All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by parents or guardians.
