It's located on a nice wide street less than 500 yards from the ocean.  The beautiful, large tropical garden area has a two level swimming pool with a rock fountain, large patio with palapa roof, gas BBQ grill and sink, outdoor shower, dive rinse tank and secure drying areas for scuba or snorkeling gear and off street parking.  It's all enclosed by a privacy fence. You are 2 streets from the largest grocery store on Cozumel with a pharmacy, bakery, liquor and beer, a  deli and ATM machine. There are several restaurants within a few blocks, the new Punta Langosta Plaza with shopping and more restaurants is just 5 blocks away. It's walking distance to a public beach (south about 3/4 mile) and to the main square downtown (north about 3/4 mile). There are restaurants, shops and even movie theaters close by. From either bedroom or the living area, you're only steps away from the beautiful swimming pools and you have a wonderful view of the gardens.   There is a pressurized water system, custom made curtains are fully lined and the solid wood rustic furniture was made in Mexico and covered in imported fabrics. Casa Topaz offers luxury air conditioned accommodations and it shares the swimming pools,  patios and garden area with the totally separate upstairs 2 bedroom Casa Tomás.  All this at very reasonable rates.

But that's just the beginning. The extras that spoil our guests and make this so popular include wireless internet service, (bring your laptop) pool and beach toys, a hair dryer in each bathroom, beach umbrella, canvas beach mats with a back rest, DVD movies and music CDs, a reading library and even a foot massager! 

Guests also really love being able to use the washer and dryer on site in the evening for their personal laundry.
