the oceanfront terrace offer a stunning view
On the terrace outside is a patio table and
chairs and the swimming pool overlooks the ocean.
There is a 52 inch big screen TV in the large
living area downstairs plus a dining area and kitchen
The large master bedroom downstairs has a
beautiful private bath and a private terrace that overlooks the
ocean
There is a stairway to the second floor where
there are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and a large oceanfront
terrace.
Then, on the very top floor is a large terrace plus a 5th bedroom
and bath.
Villa Rosada is on a small street off the
main oceanfront highway. At the left is a view from the street
and at the right a view of the villa from the pool and oceanfront
area.
