Property Inspections and Maintenance
Regular property inspections insure your home is secure and well-maintained. We perform continuous security and maintenance inspections and our maintenance workers are among the best on the island. We use only reliable and honest workers who charge reasonable fees and take pride in their work by sharing our commitment to excellence.

Monthly Statements
Detailed monthly statements are provided as well as original receipts for all expense items. We charge a competitive monthly fee for our services and expense items on your home are never "padded".

If you wish, we can meet with you to consider our adding your home to our vacation rental pool, offering you the opportunity of receiving income on your investment. In 2001 there were over 500,000 (average 42,000 per month) hits to our web site plus the vacation homes we manage are on Cozumel web sites that receive over 3,000,000 hits a year.  Each year our internet presence increases dramatically in order to show our listed vacation homes to even more potential renters. Our successful marketing which includes our web site, advertising on other travel related web sites, production and distribution of color photo sheets and detailed descriptions of each property, maps of Cozumel showing the location of each of the homes we represent, direct mail, magazine ads and our work with travel agencies and dive shops offers owners of our vacation homes excellent exposure for their property.
