This oceanfront condo is on the 7th floor and it is a corner 2 bedroom unit with a private jacuzzi on the terrace.
Casa Juan offers not only a full kitchen and living/dining area, but one bedroom
  has a mini-fridge, microwave and coffeemaker.

Below you is the large oceanfront area with swimming pools, tables with umbrellas and chairs and lounge chairs. There are sandy areas with little thatched roof palapas for shade and entry to the ocean for snorkeling.
 
The living room faces the oceanfront terrace and there are sliding glass doors so you can enjoy a view of the Mexican Caribbean. From the dining area and kitchen you also have a view of the terrace and ocean. 
   
Each bedroom is a master suite with it's own bathroom, and each bedroom has a king size bed.  
This bedroom has an ocean view with doors to the large covered oceanfront terrace. 

The second bedroom is a master suite also with it's own private bath.  There are two small balconies. 
One overlooks town, and from the other you can see the pool and the ocean.  
Casa Juan is a combination of the one bedroom condo and the studios next door so it offers guests a bit of extra privacy since there are a couple of doors between the second bedroom and the living/dining area. Those doors are in a semi-private hallway. 
Other nice extras is that this second bedroom has a TV, coffeemaker, mini-fridge and a microwave. 

LOCATION: Check the map online and look for a red letter "A" and the words "Oceanfront condos". 

The condominium building is non-smoking. No smoking is allowed inside the condo, on the terrace or in the public areas.
