Carnaval 2008
In 2008, Carnaval Week was January
26-January 30
This year, because of the elections in February, the dates for Carnaval
were moved up a week.
For the last several years I've reserved a spot at Rock N Java cafe for
dinner and I watch the parade from there.
As always, I enjoyed seeing the parade, the great food plus
visiting with friends.
