Casa Chac Pool is a
great vacation property with a lovely, large garden, lots of room around
the pool and a total of 4
bedrooms and 3.5 baths.
Extensive redecorating
was completed in November, 2007. The swimming pool has been lined in ceramic tile and there is a
new rock fountain with water that gently cascades into the pool.

grounds and lush tropical garden at Casa Chac Pool are simply beautiful.

| The new dining table
in the main villa seats 8 guests comfortably and there is a pass through
from the kitchen to the dining area. |

The living room in the
main villa has two large sofas and a smaller two seat sofa. Plenty of
comfortable seating for 8 guests.
The main villa is completely air
conditioned and the casita has air conditioned bedrooms and a screened
porch living area.

and a bathroom are upstairs in the main villa.
The king size bed can be converted to two twins by request and the other bed is a
queen. |

Across the garden is
the casita with 2 air conditioned bedrooms , 2 full baths, and a small
but complete kitchen.
From the screened living area you can look out toward the pool and
listen to the gentle, soothing sounds of the fountain.
In the casita,
one bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath and the other bedroom
has a king size bed that can be
converted to 2 twins
by request and it also has a private bath.

Location: In town, but only a bit over 1/2 mile from the public beach called Las Casitas.
