On your 3rd floor private covered terrace you are high enough to have an expansive ocean view and in the evenings there are remarkable sunsets to enjoy. You have a view of the pools and the sandy beach areas and the terrace is quite large with a dining table, a couple of lounge chairs and a private 4 person jacuzzi. 

This luxury condo is newly furnished and elegantly decorated in rich warm colors. The large kitchen has a granite counter top and 
all kitchen accessories including a dishwasher.

There are 4 bedrooms and each has it's own private bath.  Two bedrooms are oceanfront with views of the Mexican Caribbean and glass doors to the covered oceanfront terrace. These two bedrooms each have a safe  for valuables.  The main master bedroom also has a TV with satellite service and a DVD player. There are 3 king size beds and one double bed.   

The living area has a flat screen TV and DVD stereo combo plus there is wireless internet 
and free phone calls to the U.S. and Canada.

The oceanfront area is for the private use of guests in the condo complex and there is a boat dock, ceramic tiled swimming pools, access to the ocean for snorkeling, lounge chairs, tables and chairs and a man made sandy beach area with palapas for shade.
